Mrs. Krystal Jackson is a devoted wife, mother, and proud Gigi with a deep passion for beauty, education, and service. She holds a Master’s degree in
Human Resource Management with a concentration in Health Services and became a licensed esthetician in 2019. That same year, Krystal opened a
full-service spa, where she found joy in helping clients achieve the image and confidence they desired. Her love for the industry and commitment to
excellence led her to further her career in 2022 by obtaining her Esthetics Instructor License, allowing her to train and mentor aspiring
professionals.
Driven by a desire to elevate the esthetics profession, Krystal founded Carolina School of Esthetics in 2023. Since its opening, the school has earned the title of Best Cosmetology School in South Carolina by the SC Guide for both 2024 and 2025, and proudly maintains a 100% student passing rate.
Krystal is known for her dedication, high standards, and genuine passion for empowering others to build successful careers in esthetics. Her work continues to make a lasting impact on both the beauty industry and the lives of those she teaches.

Ms. Chelsey is a licensed esthetician and passionate skincare professional with over six years of experience in the beauty and esthetics industry. Throughout her career, she has built hands-on experience in skincare, waxing, lashes, and client care while developing a strong passion for helping others feel confident in their skin.
As an Esthetics Instructor, Chelsey is dedicated to creating a supportive, hands-on learning environment where students can build both their technical skills and confidence. She believes great estheticians are not only knowledgeable and skilled, but also compassionate, professional, and committed to making every client feel valued.
Chelsey is excited to share her industry experience, knowledge, and love for the beauty industry with the next generation of estheticians.

Esthetic Instructor
Ms. Imani Campbell is a licensed Nail Technician and Licensed Master Instructor in the state of South Carolina, with more than six years of experience in the beauty industry. Known for her creativity, precision, and passion for education, Ms. Campbell is dedicated to helping clients and aspiring beauty professionals achieve their goals while elevating their skills and confidence. Ms. Campbell began her entrepreneurial journey in the nail industry while still in high school and continued building her business throughout college. Recognizing her passion for the industry, she pursued professional training and graduated from nail school, launching her career as a solo Nail Technician. Working independently in a private suite, she built a loyal clientele while developing her unique approach to artistry, professionalism, and client care.
In 2025, Ms. Campbell returned to school and earned her Instructor’s License. Less than eight months later, she stepped into her calling as an educator and joined the team at Carolina School of Esthetics. Since then, she has embraced the opportunity to educate, mentor, and empower the next generation of beauty professionals.
Today, Ms. Campbell continues to share her knowledge, experience, and industry insight with students who are pursuing their own careers in the beauty industry. Her mission is to provide students with the skills, confidence, knowledge, and “gems” they need to successfully obtain their licenses, build thriving careers, and reach their fullest potential. Through education and mentorship, Ms. Campbell is committed to leaving a lasting impact on the beauty industry one student at a time.
Ms. Imani Campbell, Nail Instructor
Mrs. Verhisa Mapp is a seasoned beauty professional with over 30 years in the hair industry. Her passion began with styling her own hair, which quickly grew into serving others who admired her work. Since establishing her career in 1995, she has evolved from a booth renter to a successful salon owner of Bobs N Weave, continuing to operate and thrive today.
Driven by her love for people and her craft, Verhisa expanded her expertise later in life by becoming a licensed instructor—an intentional step toward creating an exit plan for her future beyond the chair. Teaching allows her to pour into the next generation of stylists while staying connected to the work she loves. Her career reflects dedication, growth, and a genuine commitment to uplifting others through beauty and education.

Mrs. Rae’L Jackson Smith is a creative professional, photographer, and marketing and communications specialist with nearly a decade of experience in photography, branding, marketing, and visual storytelling. As the owner and operator of Rae J. Photographer, she has developed a strong understanding of how powerful imagery and intentional marketing can create connections, tell stories, and build a memorable brand.
At Carolina School of Esthetics, Rae’L brings her creativity, experience, and passion for marketing to help elevate the school’s brand and presence within the community. Through photography, social media, promotional content, and visual storytelling, she helps showcase the school’s students, instructors, programs, accomplishments, events, and the unique experience that Carolina School of Esthetics provides. Rae’L understands that marketing is more than creating a beautiful post, it is about telling the story behind the brand, connecting with the right audience, and creating an experience that makes people want to be a part of it. Her attention to detail, creativity, and ability to turn ideas into engaging visual content make her a valuable part of the Carolina School of Esthetics team.
